Don’t use a cleaning service based on lowest price.

You get what you pay for with any service. A low price is usually an indicator that there will be constant turn over with the cleaners and quality issues. Quality cannot be sustained at a low price. Extremely low prices tend to be offered by individual cleaners who most likely don’t have liability insurance, workers compensation insurance and are not bonded. Ask for proof of insurance before you let anyone work in your home.
